Softies

I have now advanced to making stuffed animals! After making three more hats and another baby blanket, I decided it was time to try something new. I found a pattern for a floppy legged elephant and the next day, it was finished! I am quite proud and can't wait to try more!!

Oh video games...

I FINALLY finished the Bowser backpack I made for Noah. It was supposed to be for Christmas but I had a harder time with it than I thought I would. I just have to get a zipper or buttons for the top closure and I can mail it. I hope he loves it! I am fairly pleased with the end results. The pattern could have been written better, but the creator did a good job considering she just made it up one day. I did change a few things one of which was the size. I made mine half again as big as hers, which in itself caused problems. I also had a hard time getting the spikes to look... spiky. Ah well! Pretty good for a first try.
